Trained as a professional social worker and facilitator of adult learning, Nancy Dominique
Dessables, ACSW began Continyou Learning Associates as a way to bring innovative
training and professional development services to staff and clientele of government, human
service and small business organizations.
Drawing from a wide range of approaches including sound business practices, positive
psychology, social work theory and psycho-spiritual studies, Nancy together with a small
cadre of other quality trainers deliver motivational and results-oriented trainings and
workshops which produce real behavior change for individuals and organizations.
Nancy also provides career and life coaching services for individuals on a one-to-one basis.
She currently works at the NYC Early Childhood Professional Development Institute through
CUNY as a career advisor. She is a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work.
Nancy also holds professional certificates in Adult Career Planning & Development and
Training & Organizational Development. She is currently pursing additional training in
psycho-spiritual therapeutic approaches and life coaching.
